New quest - Queen of the Sands - Bug (?)

New quest has bug.
* Added a new quest: The Queen of the Sands. This quest can be obtained by talking to Petarus and Vanja in Act 9 after completing the prerequisite quest The Storm Blade. The Book of Skill quest reward for completing The Storm Blade has been moved to the Queen of the Sands. The Storm Blade now rewards players with their choice of several rare weapons. Take storm bottle go do quest turn in and get offered storm bottle again. Attempt to take bottle instant disconnect and need to log back into server again. no reward for doing storm bottle quest (not sure there's supposed to be one) Rovi Zuletzt angestoßen am 24.06.2018, 09:37:42

Edit:Talking to Sin and afterwards talking to Petarus and Vanja gave me the bottle.

the queest is done but no skill book reward

same, i cleared the sandstorm but i still cannot enter oasis

i have done everything in act 9 but sandstorm is still active and i cant enter the area...talked to every npc already. is it bugged?

Turned in Fastis Fortuna and didn't get the bottle, but the person in my party who did the quest with me did.

I did the Storm Blade quest, received the weapon reward, then only received quest for the calendar, completed calendar quest, not even a mention of the Queen of the Sands quest, no quest item, nothing, can't clear the sandstorm blocking the oasis

EDIT: My bad :), Apparently i did not talk to Sin after handing in the item in town, that gave me a bottle I was able to use in order to open the Oasis area.
