Is karui ward with +1 curse doable? the fire dmg and regen from tiki makes it best in slot though right?

also is the single target dps for tier13-15 as good as ever?

Tiki is definitely best in slot, hands down. Karui Ward would also kind of work (budget option), one thing you could also try is +1curse Rashkaldor´s Patience for some life and longer burns. Single target on T13-T15 is really good, you simply burn everything to the ground within seconds, check out the videos in the first post, they really nail the general clearspeed with this build.
