You can't have "and" or "the" capitalized.

" Yes, it does. Divination cards are classified in tiers, and tier 4 is a show block functioning as a catch-all for cards that are not explicitly mentioned in the filter. Dump "The Scholar" on the ground and you'll see it's marked as a div card even though it's not mentioned anywhere in the filter. So all new div cards will be highlighted as such, but since they're not yet classified in tiers they'll get a normal font size and border with a pink background.
