Is it possible to mod sound effects in PoE?

I made an unarmed Facebreaker character with Cyclone as their main skill, and it would make my game experience 1000% better if I could replace the hit sound effect with the ATATATATATA sound from Fist of the North Star.

According to the Terms of Service, no modifications to the game files are permitted. Doing so is a bannable offense. So unfortunately, no.. you cannot mod the sounds.
