High CPU temperature

Good evening. I have problem with my CPU's temperature (on laptop), while playing PoE. I have good FPS on max settings, but temperature is going higher and higher. On texture_quality=4 I have nearly 70-80 C temperature. Or it is good? How can I optimiztфe game?
P.S. When I watching videos / surfing the i-net I have nearly 30-40 C.

You better reduce the settings your CPU usage is quiet high for ledge and act 1 is an act that doesn't have got high requirements.

Multicoresystems aren't designed to work on >50% use for a longer period of time.
