Same as the base item, Simple Robe. You can't use the item until it is unidentified so that's when it loses all the stats.

Related subject, as I've never had a Tabula Rasa...can you use armor scraps to get quality and potentially energy shield on it (obviously wouldn't be enough to matter if it did, more just because you can)? I've wondered that since I heard about doing that with the bow that only has electric damage to make it do 1-4 physical with whetstones.

" This is actually incorrect, if the item drops with Quality already on it, it actually adds stats. I've had a Stormcloud with 1-2 phys damage and a TR with 1 ES before.
