Skin transfer question

I tried googling and couldn't find an answer to this. Can you use skin transfer on a mirrored item? As an example, mirroring an alt art and then using a skin transfer on that mirrored alt art.

1.) You can use a skin transfer on a mirrored item

Well, of course you can mirror that crap from the russian servers but why mirror an item that you can buy for a few chaos? Usually when people talk about alt art items they mean the old race rewards.

race reward season 1 ( which is pretty old i guess ) its a NORMAL ilvl 100 Coral ring, has nothing to do with russia server

each season always got 1-2 "normal" alt art and a few crafter made them mirror worthy ( well alteast it was mirrorworthy pre shaper / elder item )

Even those few normal ones are worth WAY below a mirror. But whatever just go ahead and mirror some of these items, I prefeer buying them for max. a couple of ex. In fact I have a few alt arts left, if you can find someone who is willing to buy them for a mirror each, I'll give you a solid 25%.
