Premium stash tab disappeared. Support dont want to decide this problem.

After return in the game, I found that in a new league I have 1 premium stash tab, but I remember that I have more
I login in the standard league and now I saw that I have 2 premium tabs, but they are removable. Ok, I decided to make before a screenshot with my prem stabs, and, yes, they disappeared after removed items.
I send screenshots and write my problem in the ticket to support, but they don't want to help me. They said that I have 1 premium stash tab and 10 normal stash tab.
But it's not true.
I return after a year, but I 100% remember that
-I only donate by 50 coins all time
-I only buy stash tabs and upgrade to premium tab
-I only buy on discounts - so it 20 and 10 coins.
so if it's 10 and 1 prem stash tabs -
20*10+1*30 - 230coins.
But in my account now 0 coins(not 20)

I asked support to give me the full history of items that I bought, but they don't answer me. Its very good service, thanks!
The most stupid thing too that in the history of account on site I paid 3X50coins, in steam 1X50 coins - 200 coins. It's lesser than I paid real!
So they can take another "my" tabs and say that all fine...
It's the first game with so terrible support.

Do you have purchase confirmation messages in your account? If you deleted them, maybe you have e-mail confirmations?
Check those, because remove-only tabs are no premium, they are duplicate tabs that get transferred from finished leagues.
Your screen shot is hard to read really, so you'd better rely on purchase confirmations.

The remove only tabs you have in standard, are from finshed leagues.
When you create a char in a new league you will get a copy of what you have bought in standard so I am pretty sure that GGG support is correct.

But that should be very easy for you to prove with your purchase conformation mails.

Your math is off in more than 1 way. You start with 4 tabs, but you are counting those as ones you paid for. If you have 10 regular tabs and one premium tab, you probably bought a stash tab bundle and 1 premium tab. That would cost 150 (110 on sale) plus 40 (30 on sale). So that could be as much as 190 and as little as 140. Did you ever buy anything else? Did you get a confirmation here for the steam purchase? You may be counting it twice if one of the 3 x 50 matches the 1 x 50 from steam.

Regardless, they are behind. They will answer you eventually unless you keep emailing them which moves your ticket to the end of the line.
