Is leer cast + victario's flight stackable?

So my question is that if you had two animate guardians, and both of them have a leer cast (15% increased dmg to allies) and victario's flight (10% increased run speed to allies) would these stack to 30% damage and 20% run speed while both of them are active?

Seeing how it's worded and what the wiki said, it seems to possibly stacks.
I can't see why it could be something useful and now, i'm interested. |

Yes it says on the wiki leer cast stacks. Then victario's boots should too.

LMAO you can only have one animate guardian at a time. OF COURSE... Anything to make this shitty game even shittier. Dumbest fucking thing I've ever heard. Hey you've equipped the skill twice but can only use it once!! GGG LOGIC!
