Checking WinMTR - Lag Spikes and Disconnections

Hello! I wrote to first <support@grindinggear.com> and they sent me here asking for your aid. Thank you all beforehand.
I'm experiencing lag spikes, disconnections and horizontal lines (on ping top screen) but only on path of exile. I can play other games and surf the net with no problems. I followed this post written by Rory from GGG: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/73322/page/2 And I'm here to post my results.

SO no one is helping now? I have 2 days waiting for response. The game is umplayable for me.
Here I bump with another WinMTR results. At this time my network is full 100% capacity with every program and game EXCEPT with Path of exile that keeps being shitty. I hope to get a response as soon as possible. I'm already considering uninstaling as I changed to standalone client and is the same problem. Something not "steam" realted is breaking my game.
