corrupted xoph's heart--will it upgrade?

Can a corrupted Xoph's Heart still be upgraded to Xoph's Blood with the Blessing?

Also, if it can be upgraded, will it still be corrupted and keep it's corrupt implicit?

Corrupted items can’t be modified in any way.

Not total correct, because with vorici Level8 you can add sockets or link them to each other. So corrupted is not totally untouchable

even corrupted items can be modified with vorici workbench at level8 Masterlevel.
The costs to add sockets are more expensive, because it costs also vaal orbs to get more sockets, but to link them to 5 or 6 link, it is same cost as you would have for non corrupted item. But back to the topic, this amulet cannot roll sockets and so this one is indeed not to change anything. But corrupted items can change at sockets.
