Watcher's Eye and Coward's Legacy

Someday, I was trying to counter the debuff comes from Coward's Legacy, and Watcher's Eye (with mod: Unaffected by Vulnerability while affected by Determination) came into my mind. But soon it was rejected - If you are not cursed with Vulnerability, you cannot gain the Low Life buff too. After I put those up and along with Determination Gem, shockingly I found the vulnerability icon still found on my screen.

So what interests me is, Am I cursed with Vulnerability and unaffected by Vulnerability at the same time? If so, can I gain the Low Life buff from Coward's Legacy? With those questions, I did a experiment - put them on and test - with a Cold Snap Spell and Pain Attunement on/off. The result from tooltip showed that I still gain Low Life Buff that result in a Damage Boost when items equipped.

But It is still not clarified that if I'm affected by Vulnerability Effect or not - Watcher's Eye works or not.

Moreover, What's the difference between 3 of them?

a) A corrupted jewel - You cannot be cursed with Silence.

b) A Flask of Warding - Immune to curses during flask effect, removes curses on use.

c) A Watcher's Eye - Unaffected by Vulnerability while affected by Determination.

they work, unaffected means its still on you but does nothing, immune means it isn't on you and does nothing.

Its the usual GGG terminology fun time :D
You can be CURSED with something but be UNAFFECTED by it if that helps?

For the duration of the effect, the curse can not be applied to you. However, any existing instances of the curse that were on you when you gained this modifier will continue being active and affecting your character.

(Yes, you don't usually remove jewels during combat. But there are a couple of other "cannot be Xed" modifiers that are conditional or temporary.)

The curse can not be applied to you, and any existing instances of the curse on you are removed.

removes curses on use.

Removes any curses currently on you, but does not do anything to curses that would be applied to you in the future.

(This modifier is necessary for flasks with instant effect. If such a flask only had the previous modifier, it would never actually remove curses from you, since the condition "during flask effect" is never true.)

The curse can still be applied to you, and you are still considered cursed for the purpose of various conditional modifiers. However, the curse does not affect your character's stats in any way.
