Blink + Mirror arrow wrong wording or bug?

I've made a build which i invested heavily into as i was building minion build out of Blink arrow and Mirror arrow with Voidfletcher. But isn't it a bug that none of my minions use the skill of the Voidfletcher? (Consumes a Void Charge to trigger level 20 Void Shot when you fire arrows). Both Blink and Mirror arrow carries the Void Charges, but they dont fire it off? EVEN though the specific wording of the skills is "The clone is a minion that uses your bow and quiver".

That's where i feel that's not entirely true. Bone Helmet 30-40 minion damage - and alot of other gear gives bonuses to minions, also passives ofcourse plays a big role. But in any matter, i really feel that this "pimping" up your blink + mirror arrow should really BE a thing nonetheless! Alongside zombie slam build and all the different spectrals you can get, I think that this bow/quiver, Voidfletcher as an example, should be a way to do something different with your blink + mirror minions.

While zis is true, the quiver itself has the Void Shot atttached to it. Void shot will fire wth Jusst basic attacks. Even though it wont gain your skill gems or anything socketed in a bow, it should inherit the void shot from the quiver... it makess no ssense not to have it.
