T13 map Oneshot from boss Core map

My character have 8642 hp. We go with my guardian friend on boss. I have mitigation 90% Physical, 88% Fire, 87% Lightning, 87% Cold Resistance. Reduced Crit power 20% from tree. Full pumped Solaris god and Gruthkul. The boss oneshot me at the begining first stage...How is that possible??? Plz explaine me how i got oneshot??? My character was - RemboRF on HC Abiss...If that bug of the game plz restore my character...After death we go in softcore with my guardian friend and kill this boss on hard yellow mod on bonus damage without any problems. I have always almost full hp and i specially got every hard hit from boss.

Your bug report is... not particularly detailed. You didn't use the /bug chat command, you didn't even mention which map it was... I'm not really sure how you expect GGG to investigate what happened. You've given them basically no information at all.

it was core map. I dont have Log. What i need to do to prove my word???

What were the map mods? Lower resists? Extra boss damage? Extra monster damage? Extra crit chance and multiplier?

Having no problems on a different map means nothing when some maps get rolled easy and some get rolled hard.

This is not a bug. Malachai has a 1-shot attack (scepter smash). You can also get 1-shot in whatever low tier map that uses the Vaal Shadow boss.

Learn the bosses before you try them, especially in HC.

Btw having 90% physical mitigation counts only vs average hit. According to PoB your physical damage mitigation vs 10k physical hit is 26% (46% with all endurance charges; pantheon not counted).

Core Malachai can easily oneshot 12k with his sceptre slam even without mapmods. Just watch out until you are at stage two, where he is without this attack.
