Failed to connect to instances

Please help me. I am so tired now trying to connect to the game.
I tried different gateways here and there.
Some work for awhile and then when I change map the same thing happened again.
I am not playing using my house wifi.
In fact I am playing at a cybercafe.
So anything related to router is out of question.

I do not understand why other games are fine to play but not this game.
Did you guys used some different ways for people to connect to your server?
I am beyond frustrated.
As I do not know what is the problem.

Recently the cybercafe's server went down and I guess they did something
and that's when things changed.
I do not know if this has something to do with it.

But if I were to approach them about this issue then I need to understand how the connection works with this game.

I read some of the threads but seemed like no solution for it.
Also, some suggested a rather technical way to fix it but I am not tech savvy so that's a problem too.



I recently just knew about this game and that is why I am so frustrated.

if your client fails to connect to a instance it's mostly one of those problems:

1) the server failed to create the game environment (instance) for your client, so your client has nothing to connect to. nothing you can do there, instance crashes on the server ae handled by ggg and they get reports from the server in this case.

2) your client takes too long to load the local game assets after the server told it what to load. i think there is a limited time the server waits for the client to connect and reserves a slot until it runs into a timeout and cancels the new connection offer.
you can try to make your pc faster (use a ssd) or play with lower settings to prevent that.

3) some software on your pc prevents the client to open the new connection (anti virus or other useless crap internet helper suite). nothing you specifically can do but in general it's a good idea to temp remove those programs to see if it helps.

4) other people crash instances on the server which destabilises your gaming experience. nothing you can do

5) the server hardware sucks or routers at ggg servers fail. nothing you can so except: posting the game's logfile which is in GameinstallFolder/logs/client.txt
if you failed to connect it's a good idea to post the last lines here for analysis.

6) routers on the route to ggg servers fail to work, while the internet is designed to work aound that, internet monopolys kind of contradict this tech but you said you already tried alternative poe gateways
