Repeat crash on specific character

So I sent in a help request via email but I wanted to post it here as well just in case someone has already been through this. In the interest of saving me some time I will just copy the email here. Worth mentioning although I forgot it in the email, I do use some third party add ons like Mercury trade and Lutbot to monitor prices but I tried all my troubleshooting without them enabled before and after my fresh reinstall.

My issue is that one of my characters is having consistent crashes. This issue seems to be specific to ONE character only as I have tested other characters at length in the same instances, and I have tried the character with the issue in separate instances with the same problem.

The build is Scorching Ray cast on channel with animate weapon. I can not be sure but I believe the problem may be with this main skill as I always seem to be using it when the crash occurs. I use the anger skill and clarity, I do not use wrath yet (no mana for it) and I spam the curse and scorching ray using shield charge for mobility.

I hope that this information helps resolve this problem soon as I really want to play this character but until I hear back I am not going to touch anything on the characters equipment or setup in case it is relevant to locating the problem.

My steps so far:
1)Tested same instance with characters, not having the same issue.
2)Tested other instances with the same character (had crashes as well in most but not all areas)
3)Reinstalled the game, including deleting cache files left over after uninstall in the main install directory (located at steam/steamapps/common) I simply deleted the whole path of exile folder. I also deleted the config files located at My Documents/MyGames/Path of Exile and all I left in there was the item filter files I use which I use on all characters.

I skimmed the log files for any errors but it seems to be just connection information and confirmation that the worker threads are running but I will send the files if requested (not sure your procedure for incoming attached files and don't want this message to get garbage collected)
