At this point you want to respec all of the life nodes and prepare for CI. It is vital that you save 7 points to spec into CI, Vaal Pact, and Ghost Reaver all at the same exact time.
This is also the point where you can start using Vaal RF, if you want to be able to use it earlier, drop some damage and get Vaal pact earlier, though this can be dangerous as you lose your ES since you cannot leech it yet depending on your life pool.

We can use Wyrmsign to give our Vaal RF a technical 5L. They aren't mandatory, but you will lose a LOT of damage.

You can also run both curses on Blasphemy to save slot space, but this requires a leveled Enlighten so we can still run Discipline.

Vaal Haste + Inc Duration. Optional, but always nice to have for insane clear speed.
