Loading Screen stuck, Run as Admin, Constant?

I've been running the Game just fine for years now without telling our systems to Run As Administrator, but today, neither of my computers would load the game. They both just got stuck on the Loading screen.

After once again researching yet another 'the' issue, it appeared I'm now required to run the game on both systems as Administrator. If I attempt to run the game without giving the permission, it just hangs on the Loading Screen until I force the tower to shut down and restart the system.

I do not look forward to the constant compounding hassle that this leads to when upon starting the game hundreds, to thousands, of times during a year to play it, patch it, fix it, etc... (3 people in this home play PoE, but each rely on me to manage their PCs).

Setting it to default run as Admin is still just as much of a hassle, as its just another in a long list of pop up windows I have to sit here and be ready to click through. That is a lot of time wasted in pop up traffic congestion over the months/years.

Is this going to be an ongoing issue? Is there no other way to set it back to just working by double clicking the icon, loading the game and enjoying limited play times?

i only know few games that don't require admin rights to run.

most of them due to the need to check for copyright issues and watching the client being not tampered with.

don't know about poe's reason for admin rights, they do check for stuff that runs on your computer but imho there is no need to permanently run it with higher privileges, it's just the easiest way to cope with changes to file access rights in the install folder which may have changed and cause trouble.
