Game is not recognizing my gear or my skill tree

I started a blood mage just passing time waiting for 0.4 and as soon as I got to mapping, the game no longer accounts for my gear or my skill tree. All my attributes are sufficient to run my build and it’s the same build I ran all throughout the campaign. Any input on what has happened to my build would be much appreciated.
