Minion commands bugged when Convalescence is activated

When you use the Convalescence buff in your spec you can use your minion commands, but as soon as a command is on cooldown it switches to weapon set II.

This keeps happening, even sometimes when the command is not on cooldown it switches to the 2nd weapon set.

As soon as you disable the Convalescence buff it never happens again.

Is this supposed to work like this ?
