Ball Lightning & Lightning Warp bug on Boss areas

There is an annoying bug on boss area's where you cant cast lightning warp on your lightning ball on boss areas. sometimes it does work but most of the time it doesnt. you just cast lightning ball but just stand there and cant warp to your lightning ball.
