Overrun + Ritual on Lofty Summit is NOT working

I unfortunately just ran a Lofty Summit with a fully juiced waystone, overrun Abyss and Breach + Ritual Tablets.

Unsurprisingly this map is the worst for Breach, nothing new here.

Ritual only spawned 3 instead of 4 - although my atlas passives force always 4. So that's a fail.

And then the overrun was a joke. I found 5 abysses and then the encounter was over. The 2nd HALF OF THE MAP WAS EMPTY, there were no mobs until the boss...

WTF??!
