Skills being removed from the hotbar bug

Hello, I'm not sure where the best place to report a bug is so here I am.

I am using the Adonia's Ego wand and the skills that it gives are not staying on my hotbar when I select the specific key I want to press in order to use those skills. When I enter a new zone, like going into a map, the skills are removed from the hotbar. The only way I've been able to get around this is unequipping the weapon, then re-equipping it to let the game decide the buttons for the skills, then I have to leave them there.
