Manoki, the chosen Mapping

In the Atlas mapping. The Jade Isles boss ( Manoki,The Chosen) is glitched out the boss Hp in his first phase locks around 25% and doesn't phase shift to the second phase or third phase. It's a key mapping point you have to unlock. I restarted the game two times and still nothing changed. I will know have to lose my drops from boss and my point in my mapping with whatever he should have dropped. I had restart from home screen/char selection. Then use LT+A to get to town. I jumped back into the potal from that location walked back to boss fight and was still locked on boss's first phase still at 25% HP with boss frozen still.

i also have the same issue. i noticed that he became dazed around 40% health and i also ran out of mana. he never became undazed and didn't change to second phase when i got to 25% health. i will also have to lose map progression and drops from this.
