Does Ox Talisman still exist in the game?

I tried finding it but rng has its ways
I can't find any of them in the currency exchange, no matter what currency i use
Its impossible for me to think that entire standard league doesnt have one unless its taken out :D

any1 knows about this? would be really cool for my shield

I've also tried everywhere, but nothing... :(
The 0.3 patch notes mentioned it, but it was only an effect change.

If it exists, its about 10x rarer then a Mirror. I have not seen any on trade since the patch. Was constantly the highest bidder on market for 3 currencies for several days and it simply inexistent.
They probably forgot to add the new version in the loot table.
