4 month leagues
In short, while I accept that this is GGG's game and their decision, I am extremely disappointed to hear news that 4 month leagues is going to be the new norm.
I understand how it's difficult to split your playerbase and your workload accross two games, but for those of us who only play one game or the other, 4 months is entirely too long. Typically I uninstall games I haven't played in 2 months. 4 months is long enough where I will literally forget about a game and never pick it up again. That said, I'm a huge fan of PoE 2, I have nearly 1000 hrs since early access dropped and I'll probably come back for each league anyway. Maybe one day PoE 2 will be good enough where no one will go back to PoE 1 and we can have 2 month leagues. Zuletzt angestoßen am 15.07.2025, 12:20:24

Start of April to end of August is 5 months. Anything you heard about 4 months is lie.

" So are you saying they can't hire more people? Is that the takeaway you got from OP's post that devs need to work 16 hour days/6 days week? Sad. |

Leagues/resets in general are irrelevant. Performance, balance, and creating engaging content is what matters.
There's also zero reason to exclude/delay league content from Standard. Those that want to experience it in a F R E S H environment can do so each league. Those that want to play with it on their current toons should be allowed to do so. |
