Simulacrum trial bug

Hi,

While doing the delirium simulacrum, I moved outside of the trial room right as started the next trial.

This locked me in the previous room with no way to continue the trial.
One thing to note is that I was also unable to respawn at checkpoint or reset the instance.

Steps to reproduce:
Start the new challenge
Walk out right as the challenge starts
