Ritual wont end

4th of 4 rituals on the map Bloodwood, T15, cleansed map. Map was already finished, went back for last ritual. All enemies are dead, my pet doesnt react to any enemies out of the black fog, best I can tell there is something that spawned off the map and is unreachable. There was a large, unpathable, textureless hole, presumably where one of the burrowing enemies had emerged. Wanted to ensure that it was known that the issue can still appear at times. Sadly can't get my system to take a screenshot, but please let me know if any more info can help fix this problem.
