No Boss Loot

I have come across multiple bosses that if you die and then the boss dies at the same time or shortly after, you get credit for the kill but get no loot. The most recent is the final boss in the Mawdun Mine.

Boss Dead a microsecond before it registered that I was dead so it triggered the death scene, respawned me, and there was no loot.

Same, died to ground Effect on Vessel of Kulemak Boss and 1sec after he died to Ignite.
After respwaning at Checkpoint all the Loot he dropped was gone and i couldnt even retry the Encounter. this is awfull

Still happening, had it happen at Crux of Nothingness boss. No unique boss drop for me I guess... Crux of NOTHINGNESS indeed. At least the new session with the dead boss in it had the ritual book. So maybe intended since they bothered putting that in?

Great feeling to collect 50 splinters for a boss you aren't allowed to loot after killing.
