Graphic Issues visual artifacts

If I set my PC to the same default settings as hers our two screens look completely different despite having everything the same under the hood. Seems to be better after restarting the game but the red green flashes eventually come back. Often when I first enter a map and stampede I can see the aoe hit box of it in red green squares at the first impact point then tends to go away while playing.
