Tempest Bell no longer accessible

When I logged in today I noticed that the Tempest Bell was missing from the tool bar, went to re-added and I can't select it as one of the skills. It is still listed in my skills.

I can also confirm that as of today first login my tempest bell is also unavailable. To add context it appears to have auto unselected both I and II weapons to be used with thereby making it unable to be bound to skills. I had this issue yesterday and was able to re-select both weapon options and then rebind the skill. However, today even though i was using it all yesterday no issues and logged off with no changes in gear etc. this morning upon login the skill is now unbound, unselected both weapon slots ( I and II) and when rtying to reselect it is not saving them as selected thereby unallowing the skill to be bound!

Kinde of a big deal being that bell is key to dps for most munk users on boss early to mid game also for crowd control!!

put the skill gem in your bag then re equip it and it should work again

and more than likely because you lost stats somewhere on some gear or respec for the support gems

I have the same issue today .. any one have a solution?
