Can't Toggle Crossplay on PC

I can toggle it on PS5, but say I disable crossplay "on PS5" then go play on a PC. The game still has cross play disabled (can't add ps5 friends etc) IT also has the option removed to toggle it (on PC).

I have to log onto the PS5, turn cross play back on and THEN log onto the PC.

Expected: Should have the toggle switch for both PC and PS5.
