Cannot leave Clearfell Town

I cannot leave the Clearfell Encampment

My one character (warrior) leaves town into Clearfell no problem, every other character(one of each class) are stuck in town, the Clearfell exit is glowing and button acknowledges the click graphically, but they just run over and stand there. Nothing happens.

Other players are walking by and dissapearing so I assume they are okay.

Warrior is the first character I took into Clearfell and he can still access the area.

I have restarted the game, and my PC, they are still stuck.

This is still a bug that needs a fix.

I agree the exit isn't enabled as the game expects you to use the gem before it will allow you to progress, however the client doesn't show any messages to the player to advise them how to proceed.

Client should be fixed to display a message advising to use the uncut gem.

I was convinced all my characters beyond the 1st were bugged.

After the first time an account uses an uncut gem, it should no longer lock other existing or future characters from leaving town.
