Cant itemize harvest beasts from Einhar memory. Xbox

I'm showing multiple copies of the harvest beasts from einhar's memory on both the xbox and pc trade board. when I go into the menagerie they dont show up in the pen, or the book to itemize.

I had the same question, but I managed to find the solution myself.

Come to Einhar in Managerie. View Bestiary > Last tab (with all beasts) > Choise beast > Itemise beast (look bottom panel for button). Dont forget to buy Bestiary orb from Einhar.

Edit: In hideout it worked too.
