Fortify support not supporting cyclone

It used to work and now its not, fortify shows that it doesnt support a melee attack skill cyclone.

" Thanks for your report, there's currently a bug where Fortify will not support Cyclone if Cast on Crit is also linked with it. We're looking into this. |

Yep, I just removed my CoC gem and now it shows that it supports cyclone, but put CoC back in chest piece and it wont support it.
