guys if i have 49% increased fire damage while affected by Anger doe to count to minons too ?

" I would suggest you use Mark of the Red Covenant until you have a 5l or 6l staff (I recommend a 6l realm shaper upgraded into realm ender if you aren't rich enough for an elder staff). Your minions won't get the increased damage from anger. |

i wonder why do we take Necromatic Aegis if the Victarios shield already shares the bonuses ? or am i missing something ?

It doesn't give charges unless you are the one killing with your own spells but with necromantic aegis, the minions can give charges to themselves.
Buy Realmshaper 6l on poe.trade and then buy "The Beginning and the End" prophecy. |
