I have a maximum of 7, i dont really keep track of how many i have on and when but i usually get all 7 pretty quickly and always before i die.
I run lab with the gloves on, i know there are better options for lab but didnt think it would be needed, to break or make my runs.

get generic gloves with a lot of life, phys leech and resists. Don't run heamophilia in lab against izaro. You don't have Kaom's Way either yet, so you just ain't recovering fast enough. Try to get one, as it would be a major hp regen boost. I would also divine carnage heart for more leech (when you have divines).

Finally tried Vaal Earthquake and it does decent amount of damage, can even kill a boss entirely.

Vaal EQ does 7 aftershocks as you walk, during either 12 seconds with no duration effects,
8 seconds with just the 30% less helm enchant and 3.6 seconds with less duration gem. However it does not synergize well with the Less Duration in general. You get much less "normal" aftershocks (with manual swings), as well as your Vaal EQ aftershocks happen very fast and then you have a huge delay before you can start gaining more souls.
So in the end it's a tradeoff between smoother "manual" damage or between a shorter burst of "automated" damage.
The only decent situation where Vaal EQ can be really useful is to use

Soul Ripper is 6 exalts now in Incursion. If it becomes cheaper... maybe it will be good.

I guess yesterday was just a bad day for izaro, just stomped him with abit of effort for a 6 key run lol, thanks for the help with changing gems etc, gloves wasnt needed but would probably have been a big help!

Is it possible to get the gem list some where else? Would really like if you could help me because im really new but want to try a cool build! Hope this isn't a stupid question, sorry if it is
