Did anyone not get their Winter Gift box?

I sent a email to support and the promptly got back with me which is impressive and stated that they have confirmed that it shows I have received the box at least shows that I have claimed it but I am wondering if anyone else had the same issue of it never showing up? Unless I am the biggest idiot ever and if I cannot find where to open the Winter Mystery Gift maybe I have no business playing this game.
So you open the store page on the right and a inventory screen to the left by hitting M key correct? And the mystery gift should be on the left? If so nothing. I spent 5+ hours looking for this box yesterday but this will be my last post pertaining to this. I just cannot believe I cannot find it. Have a great day everyone! |

Could you post a screenshot of your MTX stash, please? Also boxes look either like this:
or this If you think it should have arrived by now, you can of course email Support again (with that screenshot attached) but there are a lot of people who had trouble claiming their box so maybe it just takes a while. Exit, pursued by a Plummeting Ursa.

Hey there! Could you confirm which accounts you have claimed your Winter Mystery Box on? The account that you are currently posting on does not have any active characters, but does have a Winter Mystery Box claimed and waiting in the microtransaction stash. Was there another account that you had wanted to claim a Winter Mystery Box on?

I have two accounts one I started boy seems like a year or so ago maybe longer in Standard league that name is JCaduceusJ but having not played in so long and coming back and seeing a Talisman League I made my new account name is VigintiTres but I do not see the gift on neither.
I do not know which I claimed it on as I have only 1 account here for this website and that is JCADUCEUSJ so I do not know which it would have registered under but again I do not see any under either. I will try and do a scream shot. Sadly I am not 100% on how to lol but I will google how to. Thanks for all your help I really do appreciate the support. |

The default key for screenshots is F8. Not on the computer I play PoE on at the moment but if I remember correctly, they are saved under My Documents/My Games/Path of Exile/Screenshots. If you need a free image host, try Imgur. :-)

I opened my MTX and there it was this morning. So thank you for all that helped me. I appreciate those of you that helped sort this out for me.

Hi,I'm back from a 7 months PoE break and I noticed that I'm 3 days late for the mystery box gift... :(
Is there any chance that the time window could be extended a little bit? Or at least can someone tell me what I have missed? |
